Stone & Concrete Cladding Supply in Miami Beach

Salt-tolerant stone and architectural concrete supplied across Miami Beach — pale coastal faces, stainless fixings, and condo-friendly weights.

Miami Beach is two supply problems wearing one postcode. Miami Stone Veneer Specialists handles both: oceanfront exteriors fighting salt, and condo interiors where the exterior isn't yours to touch.

The salt specification

Salt doesn't damage concrete. It leaves a fine white bloom as spray evaporates, and on dark stone that's visible within a season. Owners then attack it with pressure washers and acid, and eighteen months later the wall looks worse than the salt ever made it.

Pale, shell-flecked faces make the problem disappear — the bloom is white, so it simply doesn't read. That's what our Coastal Stone range is for.

The part people skip: stainless or hot-dip galvanised lath and fasteners. Standard galvanised corrodes in beachfront air, invisibly, behind the veneer. By the time you can see a problem the wall is coming off.

Condo interiors

If you own a unit on Collins or West Avenue, the facade belongs to the association. The accent wall is the only surface that's actually yours, which is why we sell so much interior stone here.

It goes on a standard stud wall — lath fastened through the drywall into the studs, scratch coat, then stone. No structural work, no association drama. Deep-relief 3D panels are popular behind beds and televisions.

Art Deco and MiMo

In the historic districts, restraint wins. Deco and MiMo buildings use texture as a band or a base rather than an all-over cladding. A lattice screen or a single relief panel does more here than wrapping an elevation in rustic stone, which fights the architecture instead of serving it.

Delivery to Miami Beach

Fifteen to twenty-five minutes across the causeways depending which one you're near. We schedule Beach deliveries outside peak causeway traffic where we can.

Order by early afternoon on a stocked collection and it's usually on site the next working day. Non-stock patterns and custom colours run four to six weeks, so tell us early if the schedule is tight.

Common questions

What stone survives direct ocean exposure on Miami Beach? +

The concrete body handles salt fine regardless. What matters is a pale, shell-toned face so salt bloom stays invisible, plus stainless or hot-dip galvanised lath and fasteners. Standard galvanised corrodes in beachfront air and fails behind the wall where you can't see it.

Can I do a stone accent wall in a condo? +

Interior, almost always yes — it's a finish, not a structural change. Manufactured stone runs 11 to 15 pounds per square foot and goes on a standard stud wall. Check whether your building requires a licensed contractor and a certificate of insurance; most do.

How often do beachfront walls need re-sealing? +

Every five to six years, versus seven to ten inland. Directly exposed elevations facing the water may want it sooner. It's cheap, and it's the only maintenance that really matters here.

We also supply Doral — same stock, same delivery schedule.
