The take-off is where jobs go wrong

Two numbers get missed constantly, and both cost money mid-job.

Corner linear footage. Corners are separate pieces at a separate price, typically adding 10 to 15% over the field area. A take-off that only counts square feet is short before it starts.

Waste allowance. Ten percent on regular coursed stone, fifteen on irregular formats, more if the elevation is cut up with openings. Under-ordering means a second delivery, and if it's a different batch, a visible colour difference on the same wall.

Send elevations and we'll do all of it free. It takes us an hour and it saves the argument later.

Delivery that matches the programme

Nobody wants six pallets of stone sitting on a site for three weeks getting in the way and getting damaged. Tell us the date the scratch coat is going on and we'll deliver into that window.

For multi-unit work we'll stage it — unit by unit, or phase by phase — so you're not storing material you can't use yet.

If you need a crew

We supply material, not labour — so we're never bidding against the masons who buy from us.

The upside for you is that we know who's good. Ask and we'll point you at installers we'd use ourselves. No referral fee either direction, so the recommendation is honest.

Returns

Over-ordering is better than under-ordering, and we make it safe to. Unopened, uncut stock in current collections comes back within 60 days for credit less a restocking fee. Order the waste allowance properly and send back what you don't use.
